Regulated work runs on documents, and reviewing them is slow, repetitive and unforgiving of a missed line. 8080 does the reading and leaves the judgment where it belongs.
The problem
A single engagement pack can run to dozens of documents. Somebody has to read all of it, pull out the facts that matter, notice what is missing, and be able to say later exactly where each answer came from. It is careful work, and doing it by hand does not scale with the volume or the regulatory expectation.
What it does
The system reads the pack, extracts the facts, and attaches every one of them to the page it came from. What it cannot confirm it flags as an open question rather than filling in a plausible answer. A person reviews the flags and signs off. The sources stay attached to the decision afterwards, so the file can be defended.
Where the line sits
The model does the reading. It does not do the deciding. That boundary is a design constraint rather than a caveat: private processing, defined access, visible evidence, and a named person on every conclusion. Anything else would move the risk rather than reduce it.
